2. Students are allowed to enter the exam room within the first 15 minutes after the exam has started.
3. No student is allowed to leave the exam room within the first 20 minutes after the exam has started.
4. Students must take their seats in the exam room at least five minutes before the exam begins.
5. Students must bring their "Student ID Card" to the exam. In the absence of an ID card, a valid document proving student identity must be presented. ID cards must remain visible on the desk throughout the exam. Students who fail to present a valid ID will not be allowed to take the exam.
6. The “Name-Surname and Student Number” section on the exam paper must be filled out using a ballpoint or fountain pen before the exam begins.
7. Mobile phones must be SWITCHED OFF completely during the exam and kept out of sight. Phones in silent mode or similar settings are still considered violations of the exam rules. If a student is found with a mobile phone that is not switched off during the exam, a report will be filed, and disciplinary action will be taken. The student's exam paper will be collected, and the exam will be terminated. All responsibility regarding mobile phones lies with the student.
8. If necessary, or in the case of students who fail to keep their phones switched off, the exam proctors/instructors have the right to collect mobile phones before or during the exam and retain them until the exam ends. Again, the student bears full responsibility in such cases.
9. Calculators used during the exam should have only the functions required for the exam. Advanced calculators with data storage, processing capabilities, graphing functions, or PDA features are NOT ALLOWED, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
10. From the beginning of the exam, students must comply with all instructions given by the exam proctors/invigilators.
11. In order to maintain order, proctors have the authority to change students’ seating arrangements before or during the exam. Students must comply with seating change requests.
12. Students must ensure that no writings or marks remain on the desks before the exam. Writing or drawing on the desk before or during the exam is strictly prohibited.
13. During the exam, students are not allowed to have any books, notes, documents, or similar materials (whether related or unrelated to the exam) on or under the desk, or inside desk compartments (except for open-book exams). Such materials should be placed in the designated areas as instructed by the exam proctors prior to the exam.
14. Students must bring all required items (pens, pencils, erasers, rulers, calculators, tables, etc.) with them. Sharing any items during the exam is not permitted.
15. Any student who disrupts the exam environment, continues misconduct despite warnings, or attempts to cheat during the exam will be reported by the proctors with an official record, and disciplinary proceedings will be initiated.
16. At the end of the exam, students must submit their exam papers in the order specified by the proctors/instructors and leave the exam room quietly.
17. Students are not allowed to wait, talk, or make noise in front of the classrooms during or after the exam.
We wish all our students success in their exams.
