This policy explains the basic elements determined by the management and adopted by the university staff in order to establish and implement the quality assurance system in the academic and administrative units of Tarsus University and to ensure its sustainability.

PRINCIPLES Tarsus University
Tarsus University, which aims to be a university in pursuit of excellence at national and international level by ensuring the quality of the services it offers with a development-oriented approach;
Quality-Oriented Management
It carries out all its activities in a quality-oriented manner with the “plan, do, check and act” approach, within the framework of the principles of accountability, performance orientation, specialization and diversity.
Stakeholder Participation
It takes into account and evaluates the views and suggestions of stakeholders, which are an important element of the quality culture, and reflects them in its practices.
Measurement and Transparency
It carries out measurement and evaluation activities systematically, shares the results with the public and implements the necessary improvements.
Continuous Improvement
It aims to continuously improve its education, research and development, social contribution, internationalization and management activities.
Student-Centeredness and Accreditation
It adopts a student-centered approach by observing new approaches in education processes, encourages accreditation in all its programs and provides resources for the matters required by accreditation and internal and external evaluation studies.
